*Do not abuse your moderator powers(warnings without reason,banning without reason,etc.)
*Being a moderator is not a social status, but a responsibility
*you must be online at least 3 days a week.If not you will need a reason please message a administrator Max. 3 months,Unless a emergency or medical incident occurs.
*Set a good example. You are abide to follow all the forum rules.
*Be nice. There is no excuse for being rude or unprofessional.
*Avoid working when you are not fully capable of it. Working on the staff can be a demanding job. There will occasionally be times when you find you simply can not perform to the best of your abilities. Rather than force yourself to work, pass the burden on and take a break. Oh, and never ever work while under the influence of any of the following: Alcohol, drugs, anger, depression, or any other mind-altering state.
*If in doubt, ASK. The best part about Zoo tycoon Redwood (and its staff) is that we are a community. There is an entire network of resources available to you in our members. It's better to just wait a little bit for a second opinion, rather than risk making a mistake you'll have to fix later.
*Never forget WHY you first joined Zoo tycoon Redwood. When duties begin to cloud your vision of what you wanted from Zoo tycoon Redwood, take a step back. Hey, we're regular members of Zoo tycoon Redwood too, and we deserve to take a break sometimes to get back to our own lives. Don't ever lose sight of what is really important.

*Respect the other staff and their choices, If you think They did something wrong, You may discuss it with them and other staff members But the person that made a mistake MUST be in the discussion, And remember to be nice, BUT if they do something mayjor such as ban a member for no reason REPORT them straight to a administrator Through private message, DO NOT post it in a topic as this will cause problems.
